2. Our Services

4 Elements Massage Kefalonia offers professional massage therapy services including relaxing massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, couples massage, and cupping therapy. Services are available at our studio in Vlachata, Kefalonia, or as mobile sessions at your accommodation (villa, hotel, apartment, or yacht) across the island of Kefalonia.

All services are performed by trained and certified massage therapists with backgrounds in physiotherapy and alternative therapies. We use organic, locally sourced products in all our treatments.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Booking methods: You can book through our online booking system (Setmore), by phone (+30 694 480 1019), via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us.
• Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For mobile sessions, please ensure the treatment area is ready and accessible.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client's schedule. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation notice: We kindly ask for at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows: Failure to show up for a confirmed appointment without notice may result in a charge of the full session fee.
• Our cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices: All prices are in Euros (€) and are as quoted at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on the type and duration of the service.
• Mobile service surcharge: Mobile sessions may include a travel surcharge depending on the distance from our studio in Vlachata.
• Payment methods: We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Tipping: Tipping is not required but always appreciated.

6. Health & Safety

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Please be aware of the following:

• Health disclosure: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancies before your session begins. This helps us tailor the treatment to your needs and ensure your safety.
• Contraindications: Certain medical conditions may prevent us from performing specific treatments. We reserve the right to modify or refuse a service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
• Allergies: We use organic essential oils and body products. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can adjust our products accordingly.
• During the session: Please communicate with your therapist if you experience discomfort at any point. Your comfort is essential for an effective treatment.
• Hygiene: We maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Fresh towels and linens are used for every session, and all equipment is sanitised between clients.

• 4 Elements Massage Kefalonia shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from the failure to disclose relevant health information prior to a session.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session in question.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during a session, whether at our studio or at your location.
