4 Elements Massage was founded by Fotis in Kefalonia with a simple idea: bring genuinely therapeutic massage to an island where visitors push their bodies hard — hiking, swimming, sailing, exploring — and then have no easy way to recover. Growing up on Kefalonia, surrounded by organic olive groves and the clean air of the Ionian, Fotis saw that the island's natural ingredients could be part of the treatment itself. Every oil and product we use is infused with 100% local and organic Kefalonian olive oil, sourced from groves within kilometres of our studio.
Fotis built the studio in Vlachata — a quiet village on the hillside between Lourdas and the airport — equipped with adjusted lighting, surround music, and a treatment space designed for total calm. He also developed a mobile service that brings the full studio experience to hotels, villas, yachts, and apartments across the island. As the practice grew, Isabella joined the team, bringing her own expertise in sports massage and injury rehabilitation. Most recently, Nana came on board after training directly with Fotis in relaxing and deep tissue techniques — adding another talented pair of hands to the practice.
Today, 4 Elements serves guests from all over the world. With over 250 five-star Google reviews, the practice has become one of the highest-rated massage services in the Ionian Islands.
